Fatwa: Ayatollah of Hamburg outlaws terror!

(prcenter.de) Hamburg - on the occasion of the current act of terrorism ions in London and Sharm el-Sheikh delivered Ayatollah Ghaemmaghami, Imam of the Islamic center Hamburg, the following legal opinion today in Hamburg:
“In the name of God, the benevolent one, the Barmherzigen
Hereby I communicate clearly and unmistakably that after Islamic right (Scharia) each form of the terrorism and the killing are outlawed by innocent humans. These acts are certainly criminal Untaten. These authors, independently of their nationality and nationality, stand before God as Sünder. The holy Qur´an makes here also clear: If these acts of terrorism are implemented as suicide actions, cannot be spoken of Märtyrertum. Rather the authors expect the hardest punishment of God and them to hell will be banished.
After Islamic view lives and its preservation are the highest property. This applies independently of faith and confession. Who trachtet to always endanger the life of innocent in whatever form, it is direct or indirectly involved, it is in planning, preparation or in the procurement of means; who falsely causes with religious justification such crimes, acts certainly against the clear requirements of the Qur´an and instructions of the Islamic prophet (peace is with it).
All Muslims are obligated from religious view to use itself with all Kraft for the maintenance of order and security of that society in which they live. The participation of the Muslims for the maintenance of order and security, and respecting the valid laws of the country, in which they live, also in Europe and America, is an important religious obligation, whose ignoring sin and religious passing equal. “
